THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Attefallshuset, Lesses Farm

An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Lovely little house with sea view and close to swimming

Our lovely guest house has one of the West Coast's finest views of the ocean and the islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guest house is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area right down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge, dishwasher and part of a freezer. A washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the leeward side. Just a 130-meter walk over the rocks down to the sea and the swimming area!

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation by the Kattegatt cycle path, with its own entrance, private bathroom and a balcony facing west towards a deciduous forest. The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc. (no stove). Dishes are to be left with the host. A cot (0-3 years) and a high chair can be arranged on request.

There is a path up to the exercise loop and three clever walking paths by the cliffs that are marked in different colors. It is within walking distance to several swimming coves and cliffs. It is quiet and peaceful and the houses blend nicely into nature.

Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km).
