Welcome to my cabin in Gopshus! This is where you go to lower your heart rate. The cottage is located at the end of a promontory by Lake Spjutmosjön and the view from the kitchen window is something very special. It was built in the 1950s and renovated in 2008 (not the bathroom). In the kitchen you have to challenge yourself in cooking on the wood stove, which is not so difficult if you think about baking and soufflés where exact temperatures are necessary. 🙂 In the living room, there is a fireplace and sofa bed for two. Possibility of extra beds are available.

Children's travel cot & high chair. Barbecue area and charcoal grill. In the nearby area there is fishing, berry and mushroom picking, hiking, canoe, (frisbee)golf, mini golf, as well as one of Sweden's best Mtn Bike areas in Rörbäcksnäs. Bed linen, toilet paper or towels etc. are NOT available in the apartment. Don't forget to bring your own. Modern apartment with equipment for self-catering. Located on the lower floor of 68 sqm divided into kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob with oven, microwave) and living room with open plan, fireplace, TV, WIFI, and exit to terrace. A tiled bathroom with toilet/shower and sauna as well as a separate guest toilet. Cleaning cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet in the entrance. Guest cleans thoroughly before checkout.

Janisgården i Lima

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th century cottage in the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. Firewood is available to buy from us.

Spacious apartment in the lower floor, 1 km from Kläppen

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Modern apartment with 2+2 beds. The apartment has an open plan with fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The beds are spread over a double bedroom. In the living room there is the possibility of two extra beds in a sofa bed. A WC/shower with washing machine and dryer. From the apartment you can reach Kläppen Ski Resort in about 10 minutes by car and to Experium's water park in about 30 minutes. In winter, snowmobile trails are close by. Electric car chargers are available and shared with the neighboring apartment.
