Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Our cosy beach house in Zeeland can be rented to enjoy the Zeeland coast! This beach house has a unique location. The house is located on the water and 50 meters from the sea. From the garden you can see the masts of the sailing boats passing by and smell the salty sea air in the garden! You have a large private south-facing garden with an authentic Finnish infusion sauna, a nice hot tub and an outdoor shower. And then you can take a nap in the sun in the hammock by the water!

Where you can enjoy swimming in the Oosterschelde. You can also cycle almost the entire island along the Oosterschelde.

Discover the island of Goeree-Overflakkee from this cozy and recently renovated cottage on the Zeedijk. With spacious garden and special view of sheep. The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
