Monthly Rentals in Broomfield

This was my second time staying at Cathrine’s and Michael’s home but the first in the upstairs room. The home was very clean and room provided ample privacy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very affordable and comfortable extended stay. If I’m ever in the Denver area again in need of a long term stay this will be my go to!

Brandi is an excellent host and I truly enjoyed my stay in her home. There are plenty of awesome restaurants in the area, and it was a nice in between city for Denver and Boulder. Definitely enjoyed the comfortable couch and TV setup which gave me the feeling of having multiple separate spaces for sleep, productivity, etc.

Flavia & her home were amazing! It was more than expected. I felt like I was right at home. When I did see Flavia, she was very friendly and had great recommendations for hikes! The place was kept very clean, & she was respectful of your space and privacy. If you need anything or need assistance, she was quick to respond and help! The area has easy access to the mountains and has so many things close by. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

The house is very clean and quiet. We will definitely choose this place when we travel.
