Holiday rentals with lake access in Broomfield

Great place to stay! Very neat and clean. Located in a great area with plenty of things to do nearby. Barbara gave very clear instructions for check in and parking. It was a little loud due to the people above us, but other than that everything was great!

Great location between visiting national parks and downtown Denver. Very clean and near amenities. Older neighborhood and peaceful. Open space behind the home for walking.

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

Our stay was amazing! The place was exactly as the pictures shows. The interior and atmosphere makes us not want to leave the place and just stay the whole day. Thanks for being such a nice and attentive host, Todd!

It was a four night stay. Nice place with all the right amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I chose to park out front on the street and spaces were always available. Great communication with the owner. I would stay there again.

Great family home. Walking distance to the park. Clean and inviting. Wonderful game room in the basement with an entire wall of board games. Conveniently located to McIntosh lake, Boulder and Estes Park. Easy to shop locally for basic items. The amenities were excellent. Stacy and Morgan were great and very responsive. House rules were easy to follow, we would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! It is located right across the street from Sloan's Lake, so every day we took a long walk around the lake to start our day! The location is also close to restaurants and stores that we walked to and since we did not have a car. The Airbnb itself was really clean and nicely decorated! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. And it had everything we could have needed for a long weekend. There is also a common area patio that we really enjoyed as well. There was great communication with Maria and her husband throughout our stay! They were very responsive right away to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Maria's place and would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Definitely worth staying there when visiting Colorado I’ll definitely try to book it again

Kendal was a great host. very helpful and responsive. The place was just as advertised. loved taking morning walks on the beautiful trails right outside the door.

Susan was a gracious and responsive host who made us feel right at home on her beautiful property! The views as incredible, it is quiet and peaceful, and we loved being able to see life on the farm!
