Monthly Rentals in Brookhaven

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

great little house with everything you need 10min away from cooper rock state forest for great hiking and bouldering. Kelly was very responsive. I recommend this place.

The stay with Toni was amazing and she really went above and beyond to be hospitable and make the stay comfortable. I was there for an extended stay for a relocation and felt I like was treated like a family member, even having dinner and meeting some family a couple times. I was able to do laundry and received helpful advice about the area and in finding a new place to live. The living space was clean and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - SBH

This place is so peaceful, so quiet. Me and my family are waiting to move into our new home. Went got a hotel but the costs and extra charges were unacceptable. We decided to do an air bnb and found Rebecca’s page, decided to call and it’s the best decision I made. We decided stay here until it’s ready. Couldn’t be more happier. Thank you guys for making it so easy to choose.
