Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Close to the gendarme trail, Brunsnæs and Vemmingbund where you can swim. I live on the land register on the ground floor, but have my own entrance.

There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.
