From the balcony you have views of the countryside and the wonderful fjord. From the apartment there are about 100 meters to the public sandy beach. Free parking on site. The apartment is located in Nybøl which is a small town close to Sønderborg. The apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom with a washing machine is available. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bedroom is closed off by a curtain leading to the hallway. In addition, it is possible to make the sofa up to 2 people. In the living room there is a TV with cromecast. There is access to a lovely balcony overlooking fields.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
