Beautiful home located in the centre of Canterbury. Alizja was a brilliant host. Great communication before arrival, throughout and on departure. We would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay again when visiting. The car park opposite was also a bonus. Canterbury has some beautiful places to explore. We recommend the good shed for wine and small plates and the refectory kitchen for brunch.

Stewart's house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was very central and close to the old town and attractions. Stewart's communication was excellent. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you Stewart

Beautiful setting. Quirky little cottage and lots of games, books and dvds provided for the evenings. Kids loved the trainset!! Claire was very prompt at responding, we had a power cut late sat night so couldn't pack for the next days checkout in the dark and Claire offered a later checkout at no extra cost which was a huge help. Thank you x

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Fantastic house in a brilliant location, everything walkable including the station if you are arriving by rail. Pippa is extremely accommodating, responding to a query in minutes, but really everything you need to know about the house and area is in the substantial info pack. Absolutely recommend!

Lovely house, very comfortable and spacious for 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children). Bedrooms were all well sized and and great downstairs communal area with 2 large sitting rooms and well equipped kitchen/ diner. We also made use of the bbq in the relaxing outdoor space. Only a short walk to Ramsgate harbour, less than 10 mins to seafront. We also enjoyed exploring nearby Margate & Broadstairs. Would highly recommend this property!

Brilliant digs in a great location , 2 min walk to railway station / high St, 10 min walk to beach prom , tucked away quiet cul de sac ,assigned parking right outside front door , great communications through stay , comfy beds , amazon prime and welcome fizz ! would recommend.....

We've been coming to Whitstable for years on days out but never stayed. This was a magical find, so comfortable, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants but also just set back enough from the high street and the seafront to have real peace and quiet and feel secluded. A real treasure and we'd be happy to stay again. Kids (13yo twins) also really enjoyed it - and that's a tough audience! Thank you Krista and Seaside Properties!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We had a lovely 2-day getaway at this beautiful cottage and couldn’t be happier with our stay! The hot tub was amazing – perfect for relaxing in the evenings – and the small pool was a great bonus, especially for a quick dip during the day. The location is absolutely stunning: peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views that made us feel totally switched off from the world. The whole place had a cosy, welcoming feel, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making it special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic break. Hope to be back again soon!

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Lovely home away from home. We received a really warm welcome from our host, who answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The outside patio with table and chairs was a bonus and was great for soaking up the sun. The indoor swimming pool, playground and arcades were great for the kids. I would highly recommend Pristine Clean Holidays and would definitely stay there again!

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nicole’s space offers gorgeous views of the water and the city, and has everything to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend, beware of the 5 flights of narrow stairs, but it makes the view worth it.

Everything a person could need has been considered. A fully equipped kichen, games of all kinds, umberella and dog towels, a dog bed and blanket, a wonderfully sized shower, a pleasant back yard, and all spotlessly clean. Located between the ornamental gardens and the beach, a few steps from the ice cream parlor, and the high street. Would definately recomend to any dog owner.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful place, great hosts always very responsive. The lodge was very well equipped with everything you need and more. Unique, peaceful, wonderful. We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay.. the house is exactly as pictured with no nasty surprises. Amazing sea view from the master bedroom, with double doors leading onto the balcony. Stef was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Impeccable and well appointed modern cottage in the heart of Broadstairs just steps from the beach and the best cafes and restaurants in town. Will definitely be back for another weekend retreat from London!

We had a fantastic stay at this air bnb. The location is perfect and the space is brilliant. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Paul is a great host who communicated really well and was very helpful. We went with our dog, our son (who is under two) and father in law. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back.
