Another great stay here, it’s so comfortable. Mum and I feel at home. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty choice of rooms to relax in as well as the neat garden and a great selection of games and entertainment. Time flies by. Broadstairs seafront is really close and the shops are within walking distance. Some lovely gift shops and plenty of choice for eating out. It’s also central for exploring further afield. Hoping to visit again.

Fabulously located property on a beautiful beach. Our multi-generational family group had a brilliant weekend. The rooms fitted us perfectly, great open plan living area for family meals and the ability to seat us all comfortably. The whole property was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a stay away from home. Our grandsons loved the easy access to the beach and they ventured into the sea more than once. The beach hut was a great addition, where we enjoyed takeaway fish n chips on the decking in the sunshine. Sarah was responsive to communications and helpful with local amenities. We highly recommend this property and may be back next year for our annual family weekend away.

I would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway in Deal. The place was spotless and filled with lovely touches such as board games, books and even a bottle of wine! The location was perfect, right next to the beach and an easy walk into town. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you!

We had a lovely two nights here with our kids. The beach is literally across the road down the path, one minute walk through the sand dunes to the sea. The house is beautifully decorated with great style and spotlessly clean. Denis was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much.

Great spot, two minutes from the beach and very safe and secure. Great for our 3 year old. Had everything we needed. Jennifer the cleaner very helpful. Parking space was handy. Spotless. Would love to stay again, lucky to have found it.

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this little paradise right on the beach, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable—situated right on the shore, we were treated to stunning sea views that made every moment feel special. The ambience is wonderfully quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. We appreciated the proximity to numerous pubs and restaurants nearby, allowing us to easily explore local dining options. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and took full advantage of the BBQ facilities located conveniently outside. It was a joy to cook and dine while enjoying the fantastic ocean backdrop. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't wait to return to this beautiful spot. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Chris’s chalet is wonderful, everything about it is just so lovely, the garden, the birds, the decor, the very comfy beds, the amazing view from the wall to wall windows overlooking the beach with the sea beyond. Chris was a great host, communication was helpful and easy to understand. The lovely little town of Whitstable is only a 10 minute drive, wish we’d booked for longer. We are planning to return .

What a lovely place for a couple, small family with/without a dog. Very clean, great kitchen and a wonderful base for exploring Kent. The garden is big enough for a dog to have a little run about and is totally secure too. The beach and a nice selection of shops etc is a gentle 15min walk away or just a few minutes drive. Canterbury is 20 mins away and Whitstable is about 10-15 mins away. Martin was very friendly and quick to respond which is always appreciated. All in all a lovely place and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Martin

We had a lovely long weekend at Beach Retreat. The weather was amenable and it's an easy walk to Marine Crescent with the beach huts and then a slow stroll into Whitstable along the coast line. We didn't use the kitchen much apart from tea & coffee and preferred to eat out or take away (had great Fish & Chips from 'Ossies' on Tankerton Rd) , but there is a large fridge/freezer and plenty storage for stocking up if you are apt to a bit of home cooking. Enjoyed cosying up on the sofa watching movies of which there are plenty to choose from but we stuck with Netflix. Unfortunately, we had to clean up the garden after the the previous canine occupants before our two little yorkies were able to go out but once given 'free rein' they enjoyed gambolling around the enclosed garden.

We had a lovely stay at Irene’s bungalow, we wished we could have stayed more than just three nights! We felt right at home, everything was spotlessly clean and the property is equipped with all you might need and more. The garden is beautiful and the area very peaceful, but at the same time close to shops, to the beach and to various amenities. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic few days staying at Andy's bungalow in a peaceful, tranquil area of Whitstable with in my opinion the best beach in the UK only a 10 minute walk away. The property is perfect for a couple or small family and there is so much to see and do around the area we didn't have enough time to do it all. Would love to come back and do it all again! Can't recommend this stay enough!

The Bolt House is beautiful and modern and ideal for 2 people. It is full of amenities and tastefully decorated. The hosts are friendly and helpful yet discreet. Margate is walkable in 20mins. On a good bus route straight into Canterbury. Great location for touring around North Kent. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed for one evening with some friends visiting Margate. A lovely, comfortable home with lots of character. Great communication throughout.

Very peaceful location and as described minutes from the beach so ideal for my sister who isn’t too mobile. Had to get used to trains whizzing by but it reminded me of a childhood home . My dog loved his stay too and it was a perfect home for him to stay in too . We loved the very comfy sofas xx
