Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Situated in the High Weald, Broadoak Brede is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by stunning woodland and only four miles from the historic Cinque Port town of Rye. Just a short drive away are the spectacular beaches of Camber Sands, Winchelsea Beach and Hastings. Other places of interest nearby are Battle ( the 1066 battle field), Camber castle and the stunning Bodiam castle.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
