Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Lovely 1 Bedroom Flat with Mid Century Vibes

Enter the flat by a spiral staircase into a welcoming, warm and comfortable space. The flat has retro inspired furniture and furnishings throughout. The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, both have all the amenities that you need. The bedroom has one comfortable double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

A unique home in the heart of the famous Lanes. Enjoy socialising in the open plan lounge/kitchen or relax in the oversized bath. A minute's stroll from the iconic Pavilion, the beach and the famous pier. The flat is also located directly opposite the legendary Quadrophenia Alley (if you know, you know). Enjoy this bright Hove retreat just a few minutes stroll from the beach. The apartment is on the upper ground floor of a lovely period property boasting 12ft ceilings and huge bay window giving the space a lovely feeling. At one end of the street Church road is lined with shops and restaurants all the way to Brighton. At the bottom of the street the seafront promenade and beaches run for miles in each direction.
