Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 12 mins walk from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the option of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 3 pm but flexibility to drop off bags and collect a key earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

Although I already have very high cleanliness standards and take care of the change overs myself additional safety and sanitation measures, are currently in affect. Due to my own severe allergy’s I am unable to accommodate any animals in the apartment. The Garden Room is the ground floor of a family home. Completely private from the house, the apartment is suitable for a couple with two young children. Free private dedicated parking space in gated community. Sole use of garden.
