Sweet, quirky little property, it’s like being on a boat without the movement! We enjoyed the quirkiness of it but it is tiny & the stairs very steep & narrow. You need to be agile to climb up & down.

Beautiful home in a great location. 10mins from the train station, literally in the best spot in town, close to everything you could want. Granted is opposite a few bars which are open late, but that wasn’t a negative for us and the host provided ear plugs for a restful sleep. Would return and recommend to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

A beautiful, characteristic gem a stones throw from the beating heart of Brighton. Such a clean and unique place, and an excellent, responsive and kind host. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again, was such a great space to stay in while coming back to visit Brighton with a friend.

We spent a lovely few days at Kasia's flat. It's very conveniently situated and surprisingly peaceful. It's very light, comfortable, clean and felt spacious.

My family had a fabulous stay at the Smugglers Snug. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotless. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would most definitely recommend staying here and hope we'll be back in the future.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely time in Brighton and this Airbnb was great! Has everything you need plus more, in a great location - close to the train station and is an easy walk to get to the beach!

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Thanks again, so much. Highly recommend!

Benjamin’s house is extremely convenient. It is a spacious house whilst being very cozy. It’s equipped with everything you need which was great for travelling with a family. The house is perfectly located, close to everything including train station without feeling too busy as the house is quietly tucked away. Benjamin was a great host and I highly recommend this airbnb.

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. The Seapig was perfect for a few days exploring Brighton. It's a beautiful, fun, happy space with everything we needed. It was really clean and surprisingly quiet at night even though it's so close to lots of great bars and restaurants in Kemptown. The seaview was also lovely. Kieran was a great host and we highly recommend staying at The Seapig! :)

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

Very considerate hosts, beautiful location and nice and cool in the hot summer! Beds were soft and comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils you could possibly need.

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was brilliant in central Brighton, but far enough away from the main road, noise and bustle of Brighton in a quiet residential area. The lounge was airy and very well appointed with comfy sofa/chairs and a great size TV. The kitchen was excellent, bright and clean and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was big and the shower had a good pressure. Lots of towels and toiletries to use. The bedroom had loads of hanging space and a big chest of drawers and a chair - all the comforts you need. The very large bed was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It had a mattress topper and I've not slept that well for ages - like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't get to use the outside area, but very private with garden furniture if you wanted. We'd certainly come back again and would highly recommend this apartment. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Nicky
