Holiday rentals with a patio in Briarcliffe Acres

This place was great!! The location was even better…. We were literally close to many, many restaurants, malls and outlets! The condo was spacious, clean and even came with beach items, such as surf boards, towels, games, clean dishes and more…. This place was a great stay and Arthur was very responsive when I reached out! This place is well worth it for a family trip!

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. This place was the perfect size for 4 of us to take a family vacation! About a 10 minute drive to the beach where there was ample paid public parking. The pool is right across the street from the apartment and a huge 2nd pool is located about a 5 minute drive down the road. The beach shuttle was wonderful too! Would highly recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t mind being a little ways from the ocean

Was attending a few concerts at the house of blues, and this location was perfect. Felt at home and host was responsive to minor questions as well. will stay again, whenever possible.

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful and peaceful! Everything was so perfectly clean and organized, and the view of the ocean was so amazing! We will most definitely come back here to stay every time we visit Myrtle Beach from now on :)

This townhouse stay was perfect for our family - nicely furnished, had everything needed for a comfortable stay, loved the screened back porch and the walkable neighborhoods. Close to many MB things to do, but away from the crowds so made for a relaxing get away. Courtney is super responsive. We’d stay again for sure!

Good location, felt safe, quiet, a place to store bicycles inside gate, Location is near Barefoot and a few blocks from the water. The house was very spacious and clean. A few issues the last night, the washing machine broke on spin cycle and the bathroom outlets were not working. Other than that a good place to vacation

Clay’s place was excellent and VERY clean. It was cozy yet spacious and we appreciated all the added amenities like the golf cart..the rental is a deal! The heated pool is a great size and also the added pool safety features for the family was a plus. The neighborhood is peaceful and was conveniently located to great spots around the beach. The beachfront was also nearby and walkable. You can hear the ocean from the home. Beach chairs and sand toys were available. Beds were comfy and not overly firm. Good balance for those that like firm or a little more cushion. Decor is beautiful. Hot water and water pressure were great. I highly recommend the place and will be back in the future. Clay was an excellent host and responded very quickly. Communication was superb and checkout was so easy. Loved our quick family weekend.

I brought my daughter and three teenagers. The condo was located in a great part of town. It's not loud or have heavy traffic. The condo is beautiful. It's roomy, beautiful and nicely furnished. The view of the beach is spectacular! My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. We were in heaven. It's a short walk to the beach. My grandchildren had so much fun playing in the ocean. Kimberly has done a wonderful job with supplying everything we needed for cooking and eating. Kimberly was so nice. If I had any questions for her, she was quick to reply. I would definitely recommend this condo. It's safe, quiet, beautiful, and right on the beach.

We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

We had a great stay at the condo. The location was perfect, close to all the fun, yet it felt peaceful to be tucked behind barefoot landing, truly the best of both worlds. The condo is comfortable and very clean. This is an end unit which adds a bit of brightness from the extra windows. There was ample towels and bedding available and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. I would happily stay again!

Karima was very responsive, her listing was accurate, very good value for the price, super accommodating to her renters. Her space was clean, in a convenient place to the beach and Kings Highway (main strip) and anything else we wanted to do! We had a great extended weekend, I would easily stay again!

Have stayed a lot of places and this has to be at the top of the list. From the beginning of the experience Jeannie has been great to work with, and her place is top tier. She responded to any prior questions within MINUTES, and even checked to make sure our stay was going well during our stay. The place was the perfect location, just across the streets from all the shopping and restaurants one could desire. The resort was perfect for our family of five, a short walk to the beach and surrounded by 3 pools (including the indoor pool just steps away from the room). The beach side pool is just a short walk away as well, and has a great beach bar/restaurant. We are already looking for dates to stay next summer. Perfect for our family of five, but would be the perfect place for a bigger family or a couple looking to get away. The resort is quiet, peaceful, and has everything you could want whether you are with kids or not. 10/10!

Amanda’s condo was IMMACULATE! I’ve never stayed in an Air BnB that was THIS clean. It was decorated beautifully and everything was exactly as described. The beds were so comfortable, also. The area was peaceful and relaxing. I fell in love with her balcony on the back. My family will definitely plan on staying here again. 10/10 highly recommend!
