**Jan 1st 2025 - Mid Feb 2025, Potential for some noise between 9am - 6pm. HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry. Thus, the reduced winter nightly rate. Please let me know for any questions! Beautiful ocean front condo in North Myrtle Beach

2 bed/2 bath oceanfront condo at the "Beach Cove Resort." Walk to the ocean, drive to the many courses. Bed linens, towels, and pool bands are provided free of charge but please read the "rules section" regarding the cost for any lost items. For an addn'l fee there is also a beach locker you will have access to. This locker, which is available only to my guests contains beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Low cleaning fee! Maximum of 7 guests.
