Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Hello everyone, The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and offers everything you could ever need. It is located in a quiet residential area and close to the beautiful Chiemsee. On foot it takes about 10 minutes to the shore. My wife and I will be happy to assist you with the key handover. Alternatively, the key is in a lockbox to allow flexible check-in.
