Great accommodation, everything you could ever need. Very nice family! The place is good for 1-3 people. Highly recommend with a toddler. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and supermarkets. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a great stay! The check-in was totally uncomplicated and the own parking space directly there - great. The location is perfect, especially the proximity to the lake we liked. Particularly nice: there were spices and basic equipment in the kitchen, fly screens on the windows, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for the balcony furniture – really cosy! The bedroom is small and without a door – a bit impractical with a child – but since we knew that beforehand, we deliberately set up for relaxed evenings on the balcony. The outdoor socket was super practical, e.g. for watching films outside – really cosy! All in all: Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect: very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. Even with a small misunderstanding, they responded very courteously. That's what you want as a guest! Overall, absolutely recommended and definitely worth every cent. We will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, flooded with light and with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We felt really comfortable, also thanks to the superbly equipped kitchen with the Belleza portafilter machine. Thank you for the appreciative communication, the loving details in the apartment, which make it just really cozy and the many recommendations for excursions in the area, which inspired us very much! A beautiful, quiet place to unwind! The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped (especially the selection of snacks, toothbrush, additional coffee pods that you can take for money is positive to mention). The rural surroundings are fantastic - ideal for relaxing. The contact was warm and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at Hartmut's on the Simsee. We liked the apartment very much right away: especially the great wooden floor in the living room and the history of the house. Our son loved to explore every room. The balcony invites you to linger at any time of day and in any weather. The area is perfect for swimming, hiking and enjoying. Communication with Hartmut was easy and fast; just like the check-in. We would come back at any time for a relaxing break.

The place was great, the rooms were nice and species and garden has a beautiful view! Everything was tidy, clean and organized. Julia was was very kind and helpful with all our questions and requests and the area is stunning. Very recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and immediately felt at home. Sabine and Klaus are very warm and helpful hosts. The apartment was very clean and furnished with love for detail. Very pleasant was that things such as oil & food, salt & pepper, coffee and many other things were provided in the apartment. Our children (2 and 3.5 years) were able to move freely on the farm without us having to worry. In particular, pony riding incl. Strolls and hooves to scrape out. The place is a good starting point for excursions. The place is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

The space is small and cute. In the terrace there is a table with 2 chairs to end the evening outside or to start the day with a relaxing breakfast. Overall, the apartment was very clean. You feel very comfortable there! :)

All of us felt very comfortable and relaxing staying at this spacious house. The mountain view from the house is spectacular. There are many things to do with children in this area. We will definitely come back again.

I spent a weekend at the accommodation with two friends and we liked it very much. It is very cozy and had everything you need. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The street where the apartment is located was a little busier than expected, which is why you could hear a lot of cars. However, only with the window open. That's why it didn't bother us any further. All in all highly recommended!

Beautiful space in an idyllic location. The room was spacious and bright, with balcony. Very inexpensive offer. Only restriction: A little remote; you depend on the car. This will take you to Bad Endorf or Simssee in just a few minutes.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!
