Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally separate and self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washing and tumble drier.

The tree lined drive leads to the main house and three acres of garden. Own entrance, private terrace and parking. Open plan living room, wood stove, TV, large futon. Large, well equipped spacious kitchen. Two bedrooms (sleeps four), family bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

The Coach House

There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
