Holiday rentals with breakfast in Braunton

We stayed here for the weekend to visit family. It is a very clean, well appointed home with lovely bedrooms, furniture and a homely kitchen diner. J was very quick to respond when messaged. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Martin & Lisa were incredibly friendly, helpful and charming hosts. We were treated with scones, jam and cream after a long drive, which was really appreciated. Our family loved staying at the cottage, we felt right at home and comfortable. The property was dog friendly too which was perfect for us with our 2 pooches! We also made great friends with their gorgeous pooch Nelson 💖 We would recommend staying here and will be back ourselves!

From the beautiful scent that fills the house to thoughtfully curated artwork, Weatherstone House is not your typical self-catering accommodation. The house has an opulent, relaxed vibe and the great location make this a unique and wonderful place to stay. Enjoyable evenings spent by the fire and an eclectic mix of vinyl made for an unforgettable weekend away. Our thanks to Dan for his help throughout the booking process, this was a family holiday we'll remember for a long time.

Really great stay. Perfect for us. I would imagine if you had 10 people staying it would be a squeeze. It was clean, good location and well appointed.

Stayed here as a base for a trip to Lundy Island. Julia is an excellent host and made me feel very welcome and at home. Room is exactly as photographed and described, and is a proper “bed and breakfast” - plentiful breakfast supplies including fresh fruit, which gets replenished each day, and choices of coffee and tea, (and even a bottle of wine for the evening)! Walkable to town, good parking, and a supermarket a couple of minutes away. Julia has really thought this through well and it’s a lovely place to stay - would definitely come back.

A lovely self contained flat that with everything that you need. An easy downhill walk into town or the university and a beautiful view! Thank you for a lovely week!

Very quiet and peaceful location, and good for star gazing. Everything provided that I needed for my short stay. Stephen responded very quickly to all communications. I was travelling by motorbike, and the steep drive and vehicle area meant that I needed to park slightly unconventionally, but this was agreed with no problem.

Just to say we had a lovely stay at Christine’s which was local to our family to visit. Had a lovely time and the home spotless. Christine was always on hand for any queries. Thank you for the welcome pack of tea,coffee and chocolate biscuits and essentials in the fridge (Milk and butter). We will certainly be returning later in the year. Thank you for making us welcome.

Thank you for a lovely stay in a quiet and peaceful corner of Exeter. The annex had absolutely everything I needed for a few days away. Some lovely walks nearby and close to the city centre - couldn't ask for more!! Would recommend to anyone.

The appartment is located in a very convenient, quiet location close to the city centre. Everything was fantastic and the communication was quick and very friendly. There was a small issue with noise coming from the upstairs appartment, however this was resolved very quickly and professionally. We would definitely stay again and wish you all the best.

We came up for the University Open Day and Georgie’s flat is in the perfect location. A 15 minute walk from the station, 10 minutes into the city centre and 20 minutes to the University. Although being so central it was so peaceful at the flat, with the window open in the morning all I could hear were the birds singing. The flat is beautifully decorated with a great selection of amenities. Georgie is a really super host, great communication and very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My boyfriend and I visited with two friends, so we booked the entire barn. Helen was there to meet us when we arrived and offered us a tea and coffee with biscuits. We found the barn to be spotlessly clean. The soft furnishings and interior design were lovely quality and comfortable. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The quality and choice of breakfast was amazing and they catered for a vegetarian and gluten free. Helen was a great host who couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are pretty and peaceful with lovely views of the Countryside. The photos dont do this place justice. We really couldnt rate this place highly enough. Thanks Jen

We stayed at Caroline’s beautiful B&B for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. Caroline was so helpful and friendly ahead of the check-in and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on arrival. The super king en-suite bedroom was full of charm, had breathtaking views and a very comfortable bed! The breakfast was lovely and non-dairy milk was available as I had requested. I would highly recommend Caroline’s place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

It was wonderful to stay in Chapel Hill for a few days! Carolynn and Roland are very hospitable and wonderful people, who immediately make you feel at home. Every morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had nice conversations with Carolynn. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area, but within walking distance of Lynton and Lynmouth. The walk to Watersmeet is also definitely worth it! Or the Exmoor Coaster open bus service to Porlock and Minehead. Also, if you do not have a car at your disposal, you can easily take the bus from Barbrook to Lynton/Lynmouth.

We booked Toms place for an over nights stay as we had a wedding to go to at Country Ways which is nearby . A beautiful old Manor House which has all the charm you would expect from a house several century’s old. The bed was so comfortable , a lovely hot cooked breakfast with plenty to choose from at the cold section. Thank you for a lovely stay .

Gregg was very welcoming and is in an ideal position to enjoy the town.

Roy was very kind and helpful, and even though we did not have facilities to cook something for ourselves coming back late from working nearby, he offered to cook something small up for us. Very comfortable beds, loved staying here!
