Monthly Rentals in Braunschweig

Peace, quiet, and close to the lake.

I had to travel to Braunschweig to write a multi day exam this week. The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, is equipped with everything you need and was a perfect base for those days. The flat gets quite warm in summer as it is located in the attic but windows are facing eastwards and don’t have the direct sunlight during afternoon and evening.

I had a great stay at Sylvia’s flat! The apartment was very nice and had everything I needed—pots, pans, and all the essentials were provided, which made things really convenient. The location was also great, with several public transport stops nearby, so getting around the city was easy. It's a quiet neighborhood too, which is perfect if you're sensitive to noise. Sylvia herself is such a lovely host—super friendly and easy to get along with. She was very helpful throughout my stay. All in all, a really comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Excellent stay overall! The location is great, with bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around. There are supermarkets in the area, which is convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Christoph was attentive and very kind, always willing to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!
