We generously furnished the 32 sqm apartment a few years ago. Very bright, quiet - has a small balcony facing SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. Audio-Med-Akad., language school, castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity allow for quick basic care! Public transport stops (tram/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS, Siemens approx. 10 - 15 minutes!

Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
