In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Der perfekte Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 200€ - diese gibt es bei Übergabe direkt zurück.

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
