We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The house is beautifully renovated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The instructions were clear, and it was very easy to find. It’s in a perfect location to explore the area — from Canterbury to Dover to Sandwich, everything was within easy reach. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The cottage is so well appointed and it's clear how much care and attention has gone into what's provided to guests. Nature surrounds the property and we really enjoyed hearing the birds singing and wind whistling through the trees, making it the perfect city break. Communication was also excellent throughout - highly reccomend!

Catherine kindly gave us early access to the property to get ready for a wedding. The fresh strawberries, milk and option of buying a bottle of wine were thoughtful touches. It suited our needs very well and would be a great base to explore the local area if we were staying longer.
