It is comfortably furnished, electricity, Wi-Fi and wood for the fireplace included. An electric heater is also available. Neumünster, Kiel and Rendsburg are easy and quick to reach. Near the Baltic Sea. The outlet centre and an indoor swimming pool are located in Neumünster. The Arche Warder pet park is located in the neighbouring village. Eisendorf is located on Lake Brahm with a swimming area. Bicycles can be provided.

The UKSH can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in about 5 minutes.
