Holiday houses in Bradninch

What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Really amazing place to stay. Perfect for a retreat, family trip, base to explore Devon or just a break. Hosts are excellent and can't be more helpful. Very clean, lots of parking and lots of facilities. We will make this a regular trip from now on.

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.

Beautiful, quiet location. Little Ashton was very comfortable, home from home, with outlooks to the countryside and excellent location to Bude and the surrounding coastal towns . Perfect getaway !! The host Robert gave clear instructions on how to locate the property and thank you for the provisions of milk, bread ,jam etc . Much appreciated!

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. We had the most wonderful stay at Swallow Parlour. From the moment we arrived, it was clear our hosts were exceptional – they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area surrounded by countryside, it was the perfect escape to unwind and switch off from the world. The enclosed garden was beautiful and private, a lovely space to sit and enjoy the stillness. Inside, the house had everything you could possibly need – so well thought out and comfortable. The log burner made it extra cosy in the evenings. The thoughtful touches really made it feel special: homemade scones with jam and cream waiting for us on arrival, fresh milk in the fridge, and gorgeous locally made Devon soap bars in the bathroom. It all felt very personal and generous. It’s in a great location too – with scenic walks nearby and just a short drive to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to return!
