Monthly Rentals in Brading

We hired both the lodges so that we can all have space. Great communication from Louise. The place was clean tidy and like the photos. Check-in was smooth and easy. Good instructions inside the lodge. Was surprised to have tea, coffee and milk provided along with washing up and dishwasher tablets which we’ve never had in previous places. Nice welcome touch. The setting was peaceful with the touring park part also clean and tidy. Thank you for a lovely few days stays. Would highly recommend and would also come back again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marmalade Cottage. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home; it was cosy, clean, and full of charm. My children especially loved the swings and the beautiful garden. The cottage was immaculate and so thoughtfully arranged, and our hosts were absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout. They even left us a delicious cake and some other lovely treats, which was such a kind and generous touch. Thank you, Julie, for creating such a delightful place. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Loved staying here. We were so pleased with location. We could walk to the seafront within minutes. Great to have 2 parking spots available to us at all times. All needed amenities were available and Andrew even left an ester egg as a surprise for our two children which was incredibly thoughtful and kicked us off to the perfect start. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of dvds and books and games for all ages. Would stay again

Lovely cottage with a lovely garden. The only issue we had was with the parking, which while it’s not a problem for most people, I am disabled and it hadn’t been fully explained on the listing that the designated parking space was a 5 min walk away up a hill which I just couldn’t do. When looking for places I look for designated parking so thought this was going to be ok for me as that’s what was listed but it wasn’t until the day before check in that the parking was explained. Luckily I had my husband with me who was able to walk up the hill and bring the car down to the house for me but if I had been on my own I wouldn’t have been able to stay there. There is a driveway next to the house but we were told this could only be used for unloading and when we arrived there was someone parked in it so my husband had to carry all our suitcases from the car park. I would suggest to aid accessibility for disabled guests, you add the parking info to the listing. Otherwise all great! Thank you!
