You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

The guest suite is separated from the rest of the house. We live next door - just ring the bell if we can help you. The guest suite is exclusively being used for Airbnb. The large room has one large bed with room for 2 (3) people, kitchenette with basic spices and kitchen equipment, one cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, as well as a dining table and couch. The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. You can cook yourself in the kitchenette or order pizzas from our local pizza bakery (300 meters away). There's only 400 meters to several grocery stores. 2 playgrounds within 200 meters

The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. The apartment is furnished with a double bed (180X200 cm), sofa, dining table, etc. The kitchen is equipped with pots/plates, etc. like a holiday apartment. From the apartment, there is a short distance to Aarhus C, which is accessible via Brabrandstien as well as good bus connections. The apartment is close to City Vest shopping center with many shops and dining options. Very close to the home there is a Rema 1000 and a Netto store. No Wi-Fi and TV.
