Had an amazing stay at the pod! The place was spotless when we arrived, very private and peaceful. Can’t express how nice the pods are will defiantly book again but for a full weekend

We had a great weekend in Jennie’s cabin. It is located in such a beautiful setting, very peaceful and scenic. The cabin offers a large entertaining space with plenty of amenities. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a fantastic indulgence to chill in on a cold evening. We will definitely be returning next year.

We had a fantastic long weekend in the lodge. Absolutely stunning landscape and the lodge was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Lovely cosy well equipped lodge for family of 4 & cocker spaniel. Lodge was clean & had a comfortable stay. Great location on site & lucky to have nice weather to sit out on decking. Good facilities on site & heated pool was fab. Short walk to Brockhole & good location for drive to Ambleside & Grasmere Would recommend. Thankyou

Lovely place for a short break away, great accommodation, exactly as described. The kids loved a swim in the lake, nice pub on the site but fantastic pub a short walk away (Longlands) with the best pizza ever! Would recommend 😊

It was a really good stay for my girlfriend’s birthday. She was very helpful. I’d never used air bnb before. And arranged this last minute.

The lodge was in a beautiful location over looking the lake. It instantly felt so homely and was well equipped with everything you’d need and more; down to the paddle boards and life jackets Charlotte allows guests to use on their stay. Charlotte was a fantastic host and send me a lengthy email weeks before hand with useful information. great tips, places to visit and more. I would definitely love to return to the lodge again soon.

Loved our stay here, it was a perfect base for exploring the fells. Kitchen was well equipped, shower was powerful and hot and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The park is central to many towns and activities and we used the nearby bus alot to eat out and shop.

Jacks lodge was very clean, quiet and cosy. It’s also had everything you could need in there. Also Jack provided clear instructions on the location of the lodge as there are a few. It’s a good location to the Lake District and perfect for walkers and dog owners. My dog loved the lake and walk by the beach which was within 5 minutes of the lodge. And lake Windermere just an hour away. I would love to visit again sometime.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, the pod was great it had everything we needed and kept us warm during the very rainy nights we stayed there. The only downside was the road getting down to the pods as our car wasn't so suitable for the off road which we didn't realise (our own fault for having a very low car and not completely reading the description). But other than that the stay was amazing and we will 100% be back in a different car! Thank you for making the pod so welcoming and allowing dogs!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer's place. Was a last minute booking to celebrate a birthday and finding this place available was perfect and on top of that we were so lucky with the weather. It's been a long time since visited the lakes and never had the weather so good. Jennifer's place had everything you could possible need, it was clean & homely and felt so comfortable. It is furnished so beautifully with great attention to detail, beautiful pictures around the home and the kitchen was so well equipped. Jennifer the host was happy to help with any questions. We had an excellent stay at Christine’s place in Warton! The house was spotless, well-kept, and perfect for our whole family. Beverly was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Excellent location and highly recommended—we’d definitely stay again

We stayed in the Hideaway pod, it was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was clean, well maintained and very private. The holiday park is small but has everything you need. The food in the restaurant is perfect, really tasty meals with good portions sizes and reasonably priced. The swimming pools were great and very handy on the rainy days. Lots of lovely local places to visit. The only area that could be improved would be the onsite arcade that would benefit from a few more arcade games (mainly for any rainy days or in the evenings after a busy day). We all loved the site and pod as a whole and will definitely be returning in the future

What a lovely place with such wonderful hosts! If you're looking to escape deep into the countryside, this is the perfect spot. Nestled in the middle of a field, the charming pod features two bedrooms, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, and a separate toilet and shower just outside. Surrounded by scenic views, with beautiful walks through the meadows and along the lovely river nearby, it’s a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The hosts — Brenda, Mum, and Dad — were warm, welcoming, a pleasure to chat with, and very helpful. Instructions were clear, and communication was always prompt. We had such a memorable stay - we couldn't recommend it more!

It's a cute little cabin with good location near Ambleside and Windermere. Necessities are all present and cabin is really cosy. Only downside was difficulty locating the cabin after entering the holiday park but otherwise we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend others.

The Moon Cottage was just great. From booking, to staying and departing it was blissfully easy and they were so friendly! They kept in touch incase we needed anything (luckily we didnt) and always responded very quickly to answer a few questions we had before we arrived. The cottage was just beautiful, it was absolutely spotless and decorated quirky and cute 😍. There was everything we needed and more to really make ourselves at home. 10 out of 10 we would recommend to stay at the Moon Cottage. If we are ever back in this area, this will be the first place we book !

Fab base and location for a family holiday at the Lakes! Close enough to the town centre for lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops (and of course, Peter Rabbit) but far enough away from the bustle to relax - it was the perfect balance. We really liked where the lodge was located, with its beautiful view away from the main entrance. For families, it's ideal as you can choose to use the facilities or not - our toddler loved the nightly kids entertainment so we took advantage of that a few times, while enjoying some finer dining other nights! The lodge was decorated to a very high standard, with everything we needed. The one time I needed help with the heating, Lee replied really quickly. The internet was down before we arrived (and went off again on our last night) so I get the feeling it might be patchy on site. Wasn't an issue for us as we were out a lot but something to bear in mind if you like to watch TV via Netflix etc. All in all, we'd use the place again!

I was partaking in the 10k swim at lake Windermere so Paul’s place was the perfect location. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Paul Lodge might have inspire us to get our own one in Scotland 🙂

Beautiful peaceful cabin for a getaway from the busy life. Sheep can be seen around and overall a very cosy and comfortable stay. Definitely need to drive to the location though, wouldn’t know how to get around without a car as most amenities are a few mins drive away. Lovely stay and would recommend for a weekend 💕🐑

Fairhaven Lodge was amazing and exactly what we needed to relax and have a good time. The Hot Tub was perfect and was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back soon!

absolutely amazing cabin very cosy home from home feel . hot tub was amazing after long days walking the lakes. the cabin was lovely and clean. beds was really comfortable and clean linen. the little added bits like washing up liquid hand wash ect was such a bonus.

Wonderful stay at Badger’s Way. We had a delightful four nights at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs and has great access to the fells directly from the site. I did a lovely seven Wainwright fell run directly from behind the pub. We didn’t see the badgers but that’s fine but we know they were there as the peanut butter sandwiches vanished every night. Highly recommended to all. Perfect lodge
