Please note there is no kitchen, but we do provide a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

We went for a short break and it was lovely! The house was perfect for chilling out after a long day. Kitchen had a lot of things we needed and plenty of things to do even in the home! Perfect location, both towns either side of us with lots of options to eat and all within walking distance too. We were so glad we were able to stay here and hoping to be back soon! Jason was very responsive and picked up right away when we called him to make sure we parked in the right place. He was friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and comfortable. It is a perfect location, everything in town was walkable. We did have someone in another flat playing music into the early hours on Saturday night but our white noise was able to block it out and it wasn’t too bothersome. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a central location.

I don't think we could have found anywhere better to stay in Bowness-on-Windermere. The apartment is very spacious and immaculately clean. It is fully equipped, well furnished and tastefully decorated. An electrical fault with the boiler was resolved soon after arrival by the owner with good communication through our host Hannah. The location is excellent within easy walk to all shops, bars and restaurants and there is a bus stop outside the door. The car parking space was also very useful. I highly recommend you stay here. An excellent, comfortable and quiet apartment convenient to all you need. Great shower, comfortable beds and plenty of towels provided. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely apartment. We cannot wait to return. The Pilates/Yoga room was a lovely addition. The only things missing were waste paper bins in the living room and bedrooms. A washer/dryer would be a welcome extra, especially after a hike or downpour. Stylish and superb.

Our stay at Grant William's place in Bowness on Windemere was fantastic! The apartment was clean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, dish soap). We were provided clean linens (bath towels, hand towels, bath mat, bed linens) and slippers to wear in the apartment. Grant provided great local restaurants and activities which were super useful! The area is extremely walkable but at the same time wonderfully private. It is a short walk to the water front and city centre where all the hustle and bustle is. On the same note the apartment is on a side street which kept the place itself quiet, peaceful and private once we arrived back from our adventures for the day. The apartment looks exactly as pictured in the listing and is very open and spacious.
