The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
