Southbourne Annex with Parking

The annex is a lovely bright room with ensuite, and some kitchen facilities. Located in the heart of Southbourne. There is not a full kitchen, however the following items are included: + Fridge with freezer compartment + Kettle + Microwave with grill function + Toaster + Glasses + Wine glasses + Mugs + Crockery (2 large plates, 2 small plates & 2 bowls) + Cutlery + Chopping board & knife + Tea, Coffee & Sugar In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, electric shower and mirror cabinet. Two hand towels and two large towels are provided. There are blackout blinds throughout and the bedroom area has blackout curtains as well. The bed is a double with a sprung mattress and memory foam topper. All bedding is provided. There is a two seater sofa, chest of drawers and bedside table. Off street parking is included, there is also street parking locally. The drive is 4.15 metres wide x 4.60 metres deep, most cars fit into this space without a problem. There are a large selection of cafés, restaurants and takeaways all within very easy walking distance. The Co-op shop is a one minute walk, Tesco & Sainsbury's are also very close. The clifftop is a 10 minute walk away, then it's a 3 minute walk down the zig-zag to the lovely sandy beach.

Gorgeous studio in a quiet cul de sac with private entrance for 2 adults in the quaint village of Wick The location is exceptional with the slip way 150 metres away to launch paddle boards, kayaks & small water craft. The beach, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch & Tuckton are all within walking distance & the New Forest is a 15 minute drive. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, watersport lovers & those looking for a quiet retreat in walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops & pubs.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Yoku House is a delightful, fully self contained two storey annexe with its own private entrance. It is moments from the clifftop and a short walk down a charming wooded path to the beach. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs, a cosy living room downstairs, and an exceptional bathroom with a traditional cast iron bath. We have superfast WiFi, with TV subscriptions including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+ and ITVX. A perfect place for a relaxing break or to work remotely in a wonderful location.

Close proximity and easy public transport access to Bournemouth, New Forest National Park, CastlePoint shopping park and surrounding areas. Unrestricted parking anywhere along our road.

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Nutkins

A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

Bournemouth free parking on premises

Very light airy warm annex, self controlled heat units comfortable , en suite, the apartment is ground level, not suitable for disabled, it's a 20 min walk into the centre of Bournemouth and 20 mins to the beach front. The apartment is close to many restaurants. Bournemouth gdns are within walking distance.
