The place was comfortable and clean. Miki and Prince went out of their way to help me even offering me a ride to the train station and suggestions of things to see and do in the area. They really helped me settle into Bournemouth. Kind and friendly. They set up the treadmill for me which was a great was a great exercise alternative to walking in the cold weather.

Had an amazing stay, Roger was extremely kind allowing my grandson to feed the animals both days. Great location for visiting area, highly recommend the Tank museum and Seabeats restaurant in Weymouth. Accommodation was bright light and airy, also well equipped and clean.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful annex, clean, modern and treated like royalty with delicious breakfasts and treats! (Our 1 year old loved the fresh Croissants! Thank you!). Hope to return in the future.

Absolutely stunning house and amazingly clean with lots of toys and dvds for quiet nights in with the kids and in a spectacular area of beauty. Amanda was a great host and provided lots of information about the local area that was super helpful. Would highly recommend

Very peaceful quiet location, lovely private garden. Fab kitchen Great location for nearby popular towns stunning beaches and lots to do. Beautiful village of Portesham. Kelly’s place immaculate/clean very user friendly , high spec bathroom with bath and shower, very comfortable bed , beautiful decor/furniture. Lots of light in every room. Lovely private garden stocked with interesting greenery , clematis, silver birch, grass mowed everything tidy. We were visiting mid April when the lilac and wisteria were showing off their blooms which reach the bedroom windowsill. Beautiful views from all the windows. Helpful and prompt responses from Kelly. Eg we needed new batteries in the TV remote and Kelly came straight away after I messaged her.

This was such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation I was sad to leave it! It was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could think of and spotlessly clean. The location in their garden is a delight - the birdsong was amazing - and so many lovely walks from the property in the surrounding delightful countryside, with local village shops too. Sally and Bob were very accommodating with an earlier booking in time on an extremely wet day - and lovely to talk to - as were their roaming hens. An ideal base from which to explore this part of West Dorset too, and the lovely nearby Nature Reserves and countryside. Cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

It was a great stay. Good for a 2 night or longer weekend stay with our doggy's. Everything you need in the kitchen for some self catering. Peaceful spot with some amazing green pastures around. Saw rabbits, sheep and cows. It is right next to the main house but it was private enough. Quite a narrow and steep drive to the house but that is part of the location and charm. Got great recommendations beforehand from Louise about surrounding areas.

I had a lovely relaxing stay at George’s place. It had everything I needed and was just as described. I was warm and comfortable and would certainly think about staying again. Lovely surroundings and still lots to see in the area.

Great little find, easy to forget where you are and switch off. Donna was very quick to respond to messages and super helpful.

we had an amazing stay at Larkswood Annex . It was fabulous, so clean and we had everything we needed plus more . we got there early and Adele was able to let us check in early as her other guests had left early . we loved the area , shops nearby and bus stops . Adele and hubby really welcoming and friendly thank you so much

A stunning peaceful historical Somerset country location! Many extra little touches to enhance the experience such as basic supply of fresh bread, jams, milk and eggs! 😊 Very private and cosy, and very convenient location wise for my purposes. An absolute must stay place to get away from it all! I hope to return again on my future travels! 😎

Lovely little place and was perfect for my use. Only gripe was no working kitchen but an air fryer, kettle and toaster was available. Paul was very friendly and kindly advised a few beautiful places to visit. Would definitely stay again if the kitchen was functional.

Susan’s stay was absolutely lovely, very clean well equipped and a perfect location. It is next to Hive beach, a short walk to the pubs with great food and a very short drive to Bridport. Not far from Lulworth and other famous spots for longer day hikes.

The annexe was just lovely. Anna was very welcoming, there was tea and coffee and fresh milk which was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and decorated very tastefully, but not over cluttered with bits and bobs which was good. There was a lot of space which helped as we were 4 adults. The beds were also very comfortable with good quality linen. And our dog loved the huge garden, and Anna’s lovely girls who came to say hello. I would I highly recommend staying in the annexe. We stayed in the area a month ago and I wish I had spotted it then.

A very warm welcome from Joanne was the theme of my stay. A lovely comfortable little home from home, beautifully cared for, made a perfect base to explore the Dorset coast. The fact that Joanne is touch a dog person helped keep feel that my dog was welcome and the garden was safe and secure for him. Great location with off street parking. Reliable bus services into both Poole and Bournemouth. The little apartment was well laid out with everything you might need for a short stay. I especially liked there was plenty of space and hangers to hang clothes. Ample fridge space and good cooking facilities. Really comfy bed. Vinny was an excellent host, he was super responsive to all comms via Airbnb and made our stay so easy and relaxing. Check in was a doddle with Vinny's detailed instructions. Will definitely be back next time we visit Bournemouth. Thank you Vinny!

Angie's Annexe was in a wonderful location. A short drive to places of interest, harbour, shops etc. Compact living accommodation with all the requirements to make it a comfortable stay. Particularly liked the number of towels available. Washing macine and tumble dryer a definite bonus.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location for exploring Charmouth, Lyme Regis and surrounding areas. we went fossil hunting at low tide and found plenty. the information books were great and my daughter enjoyed reading them. The accomodation had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and considering we were joined onto Angela's property it was very quiet and peaceful. Angela was very helpful when I couldn't get the WiFi to connect and very friendly when we met in person. It was warm and cosy and perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay and so many added utensils for the evenings my daughter loved the bed and all the games and toys especially jenga. Special place to stay thanks. We would love to stay again

We had a lovely and very comfortable long weekend at Ruth’s beautiful place. It’s a lovingly designed home and had everything we needed as well as thoughtful additional touches. Ruth kindly provided a travel cot for our toddler and there was plenty of space for the three of us. It’s close to the beaches of Westbourne, Westbourne high st and the Bournemouth centre. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

A beautifully presented ‘home from home’ with everything we needed for a 4 day stay to visit family locally. A warm welcome from our hosts on arrival to ensure all was well and then our privacy was respected. Some lovely places to visit nearby and our dog loved the local countryside! We’ll be back!!
