Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Bournemouth

We had a fantastic short stay. Room was decently sized, nice en-suite and a very comfy bed! Giles and his wife were very welcoming and were happy to assist us in any way. Overall, I'd recommend this place and would be more than happy to come back.

Thank you Lucy! Really lovely spot - just as the photos show with large bathroom and bedroom and separate seating area with sofa and table (which could accommodate 4 of us). Great atmosphere and vibe and there’s a pretty vintage caravan to view from the windows, not to mention the pottery! Ideal location being walking distance to town but quiet. I’d definitely recommend.

For Americans who are used to "new" properties, coming to England is a bit different as most buildings are very old. I was looking for the least expensive I could find and m very happy I stayed with Charles' location. It was a good choice for the money. Charles was a good communicator and supplied my needs for an iron request. If you frequent Wimborne as I do you will love the location which is within a short walk to the town center.

Pleased to find this to stay. Samatha was very helpful and accommodating. A bright clean room with bathroom on the second floor of her home. Little microwave on the landing to heat up food if needed. Very close to town easy to get to. We can see why She's a SUPER Host.

We had amazing time and Alice and her wonderful husband Andrew, they made us feel so very welcome. Always going the extra mile. Definitely the dream team. A beautiful and very clean place, would highly recommend and lots of lovely restaurants near by a short distance away, and some golf courses near too. We will be back 🥰 Val & Marcus

I had a wonderful experience staying with my host and her husband, Jim. Jim is such a kind and thoughtful man, on my first day at work, he generously gave me a lift to my workplace, which made a world of difference. We had some great conversations during the ride, and he truly made me feel welcomed and at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jim as the go-to person for anything you might need. They both made my stay memorable, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality!

Joanne and Jeremy are wonderful Hosts and they have done a fantastic Job by hosting me!! They know a lot about the area and have great Suggestions on what you can do around there. I just felt Like Home and very warmly welcomed! Thanks so much for having me!

This place is clean, new, we'll finished and in a beautiful neighbourhood, vlose to the harbour and near enough to Parkstone train station. Louis was very polite, respectful and helpful too.

My daughter and I spent two nights at Alison’s charming cottage, nestled in the heart of nature – exactly what we were looking for! We booked just two days before arriving, and Alison was incredibly flexible and accommodating. One of the real highlights was the chance to meet and chat with her – such a lovely person: warm, welcoming, and full of great local tips. A special mention must go to the delicious breakfast! It’s a truly lovely spot for anyone who enjoys unfussy travel in beautiful natural surroundings, with plenty of attractions nearby. Thank you Alison for such a peaceful week-end in the New Forest…

Before arrival the host checked if we had any dietary needs to cater for. We were given more info to find the BnB; which helped! The host and dogs greeted us on arrival and we were shown to our room, en-suite and a shared fridge (fresh milk and cold water). The bedroom was clean, spacious and well lit. Amenities included a kettle, hot drink options, cups and a mosquito net over the bed; it was a hot weekend. There was also a booklet which gave us some background on our hosts, local map information, walking routes as well as a nice short cut to the local pub. The breakfast options were aplenty and it felt like everything was homemade. The host’s garden area is incredible; they keep bees, an enclosed vegetable patch and that’s all we could see in the front area! There was a lounge area and access to the rear garden for guests but admittedly we spent most of our time out exploring. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet weekend away or explore The New Forest.

Absolutely stunning place. Exactly like the pictures. Jackie and Steve are really friendly and hospitable. The breakfast spread was beautiful. I literally cannot fault anything. 100% recommend and would return.

Lovely spot and extremely conveniently located relative to the Tank Museum so if you’re visiting and aim to stay over you couldn’t do better. Gillian is also a very friendly and hospitable host who made us feel very welcome. Would happily stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Darren and Chi’s place. They are really a super host! Very responsive in communications, flexible in accommodating our check-in schedule, providing all useful information about Bournemouth city center as well as nearby places, and doing their best to make you feel like home! The morning breakfast prepared by Chi is sumptuous, and making our stay really unforgettable! It’s our first time visiting the Jurassic coast, and we were super lucky to find their room listing in Bournmouth where we make it as a base for our long weekend trip! For sure we would recommend their place to anyone who plan to visit Bournemouth and nearby towns and sights, and definitely we would love to come back again some time in the future!

Staying with Alison is just perfect and I really look forward now to my visits to Dorset and Somerset. The views are sensational and the facilities are perfect and Alison is such a wonderfully natural person to be around with - what more could you ask for really whether you are in from a working day or on holiday? We had a delightful stay with Clive and Angie. They are very welcoming guests. The room with en suite was perfect for our needs, and made for an affordable weekend visiting the New Forest and Bournemouth. The room was bright and spotlessly clean, with some thoughtful touches. We also enjoyed cereals, fresh fruit, toast and preserves, fresh juice and a good pot of tea for our breakfast. Home from home! The recommendation to visit Friars Cliff on our way home was perfect. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We would love to visit again.

What a beautiful place and such friendly helpful hosts. The room we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. The breakfasts were so tasty. Both Ian and Wilma were so interested in helping us explore the areas around. This is such an amazing place - highly recommend 🙏😊

Perfect location nested in a nice village with amazing pubs and close to the beaches Brian was friendly, responsive and very easy to deal with.

We had a very comfortable stay at this amazing property. The facilities are great and the bed was really comfortable with lovely linen. The hoist Fee was really friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and has great knowledge of the area. I would recommend this property and would stay again if we are in the area.
