Holiday rentals with a patio in Boulder County

We had a wonderful stay at Sara & Svein’s beautiful home! We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs, and this experience is one of our favorites. The space was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to Pearl Street and easily get around town. The hosts thought of everything a guest may need which made the experience easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the hosts being so responsive and informative before and during our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything was clear and easy. They even kept us in the loop about events going on around town in case we wanted to attend or to be aware of any traffic concerns. We would love an opportunity to stay here again soon.

Loved our stay here. Jeanne was so lovely and very thoughtful. She had the best amenities and the basement space was very clean and cozy. Felt very at home. The neighborhood was beautiful and she has a lovely patio to have coffee. Highly recommend staying here. 🥰

This was easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! We loved sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful mountains. We didn’t want to leave! Jill is a wonderful host and so kind! Loved how much attention to detail she puts into her space. Can’t recommend enough!

My dog, Cliff, and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s lovely home! It was a perfect space for us - the location was great to get to campus, the hill, and we took some great walks in the neighborhood and local trails. The unit was super cozy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a lovely stay in my favorite city :)

Julie’s cottage was a charming place to call home for two nights while I was in town for a college graduation. It’s an eclectic, fun and comfortable place with everything you’d need. I loved having an electric kettle for a cup of tea and while I didn’t take advantage of the offerings (because I brought my own), I appreciated having an assortment of teas and coffee to choose from. I wish I had more free time to explore and walk around the lovely neighborhood. I took ride share a couple of times for dinner on Pearl Street, and that was only about 1.5 miles away and less than a 10 minute ride. Thank you, Julie, for sharing your home, and for your detailed instructions about parking!

Great location and amenities. We were able to cook a few meals, and had a comfortable stay. Our hosts were responsive and helpful as well. This is a great option for us when visiting Broomfield.

This is the perfect little spot to rest and relax! it was spotless and had everything we needed, including breakfast and snacks! The hosts were very responsive and extremely friendly. I cant express how much I enjoyed staying at Liz and Larry's place. It exceeded my expectations in terms of location, amenities, comfort and the niceness of the hosts, Liz in particular was communicative and helpful....and just plain wonderful. I would definitely stay there again next time I am up in Boulder

Wow! One of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean throughout. Wonderfully soft, clean, and fluffy linens, beds, and pillows. Smelled great but not too overpowering. Fully stocked kitchen. The list goes on. It was the small things that truly made this rental stand out for me; beautiful blinds, lovely amenities in every bathroom, full size bath towels, the general aesthetic and care of details. It was like Jennell really considered what *they* might like to have in a rental and made it happen. I noticed and I appreciate that extra mile! Thank you for a beautiful rental and stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

This was everything we expected and more. Fresh flowers throughout the house. Beautiful home and scenery. We planned on eating out a few days, but the kitchen and entertaining area was so amazing, we didn’t leave and cooked all of our meals in the exquisite kitchen. The bedrooms and details to everything made this an amazing vacation for my family.

Perfect place in Boulder! This is a great find right near everything you’d want to experience in Boulder. I was able to navigate easily to hiking trails, shopping, and all the amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The outdoor space is so pleasant and the indoor spaces are so cozy and inviting.

Great place to stay near downtown Lafayette. The place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive and friendly and made us feel welcome. Their communication was excellent. It was also very close and walkable to downtown and coffee shops. The parking space in back was super convenient. We were visiting family and would definitely look to stay here again when we are back. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area! Thank you for making this a great stay!

Quiet location. Recently updated. Everything was thoughtful and nicely done. High quality appliances. Well equipped dishes and flatware. Super clean. Lots of cozy blankets. Spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. Something to be aware of, the couch and side chairs are low, around 15”, which will appeal to some and can be challenging for others to get in and out of.

Aimee was an absolute lovely host. Always very responsive. The condo was very clean and was a great location. Close to Pearl st. With lots to do and local flat iron park 5 min away. Great spot if you want to spend a lot of time in the Rockies as it is an easy 30-45 min drive to Rocky Mountain national park. Would love to stay again!

Tiffany’s place in NOBO was the perfect place for my girls weekend retreat! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The neighborhood was peaceful with great walking trails nearby!

The owner is a great communicator. Very proactive and responsive. His place was incredibly clean with plenty of amenities, linens, and a well stocked kitchen. . Great location close to Goose Creek Path, coffee and restaurants, and just minutes to drive to anywhere in the city.

This place really felt like staying at a friend's house! It is well equipped, with fun touches and clear instructions. We were in town for Bolder Boulder and we appreciated finding a listing to host our three-generation group in one place. The care shown in this house is everywhere. Truly, it reminded me of when a friend has loaned us their place. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, less than 15 minutes to walk to Pearl Street. The place was nice, with character, comfortable beds, a nicely stocked kitchen, a nice place for a couple people to sit outside when it’s nice. The host was great, responded quickly when I had a question. Guests should pay attention that the 3rd bedroom is on the third floor, it’s open, so noise will carry and it’s not very private, and there’s no bathroom up there. It worked for us, though. We enjoyed Boulder and this condo.

Lovely apartment very close to hiking & walkable (15-20 min) to pearl st mall. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Very clean. Appreciate the wine, condiments & bath products. Private outdoor spaces were terrific.
