Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. The old settlement structure of this Warft is well preserved and is considered a gem with its 14 houses in original development. The combination of landscape, sun and wind with iodine and salty sea air brings relaxation from the hustle and bustle of our time.
