Apartment with garden in Eslida

Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

Spacious apartment with a very good location. Located a 10-minute walk from Burriana beach and very close to the port, it consists of a large living room with balcony equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster...) 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms including: A master bedroom with bathroom / bathtub. A bedroom with a double bed. A bedroom with a pull-out bed for 2 extra beds.
