We definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The duplex was simply beautiful, even better than in the photos! Despite our flight being delayed by almost two hours, Raul welcomed us with great kindness, and very late at night, a big thank you to him for his availability and kindness. The view from the apartment was incredible, probably the most beautiful thing about our stay. We had an unforgettable time. Thank you again!

The hospitality of the hosts was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no underground connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. The first time we entered the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

Modern and functional apartment, on the beachfront in a quiet area of Peñíscola. We loved how new everything was, as well as the terrace that was integrated into the living room with a large sliding door. It's also very useful to have parking. Eva is very attentive and with precise instructions that facilitate the arrival, in addition to all her recommendations of restaurants, etc.

at all times he was attentive, the house is impeccable in a quiet area, we would definitely repeat, Valencia is very close and Sagunto is a beauty, especially the port, all the amenities you need are in this house 😊😊

Everything is great. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very new and well cared for with a large terrace. Silvia and Roberto are very attentive at all times and respond very quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommended.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Thank you Vanessa for such a great experience!!

Had a very nice stay, however the music from the beach club was very audible until late into the night. With a good pair of earplugs, it's easy to do

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

Thanks to Rémi for sharing this magical place with her hosts. The house is beautiful, the decor is very neat and the terrace + rooftop are amazing. The location is very well located in the old town of Peníscola with its small alleys that made us travel to Greece for a moment:) after spending 5 beautiful days the most difficult was to leave this magical place where it really felt like home.

We spent a weekend at Gonzalo's house. It was fantastic. Very peaceful, all the comforts and decorated with many details and good taste. And above all, that fantastic terrace and those sea views that have been the best of the house. Easy access to the village, you can walk and also to the nearby beaches. Perfect for going with friends, as a couple or as a family. Thank you for everything Gonzalo!

The loft earns much more in person than in the photos, the area is very quiet and you have parking to leave the car inside. Catalina is very friendly, we arrive a little later than expected but she did not put any sticks. He also made us some recommendation to visit the area. Magnificent experience, if I go back to Castellón I will stay there again.

It is a lovely apartment! Lots of space, comfortable and really nice design. So cozy! Everything you need is there. The area is full of great restaurants and a supermercado around the block. Quiet street but happening area. Only 10-15 min walk to the beach. Two blocks away there is also a bike rental place (Sky bikes) so you can take a bike ride along the beach. Pablo is a great host. Easy to communicate with and super friendly. Very professional and proactive when it comes to instructions. Thank you for a lovely stay in your great place!
