Thank you Sophie, the house felt like a home. The books, the toys, the rooms, the garden an added bonus for the little people. “but why can’t we stay longer” asked grandchild. Appreciated the earlier check in, and thank you for your flexibility and understanding with our car problems.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at David’s place. Super easy to find and get checked into, with detailed instructions sent in the days prior to our stay. The place was clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything you might need from salt and pepper to extra blankets, everything had been considered. We loved the hidden cosy bedroom up the stairs and always had a good nights sleep on the comfortable bed. Lovely walk into Canterbury along the riverside, with large supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Overall, a perfect stay and would definitely return! Thank you David :)

A return visit to this lovely space felt like coming home. Just a short walk from the railway station, supermarkets and the town makes it ideal for visitors without a car. Accommodation was clean, warm and cosy, and quiet at night. Anna was welcoming and attentive, but not intrusive, and I had lovely week.

I was so impressed with this apartment, it was spotless, well located, fantastic sea view! It’s a short walk from the station, on the sea front. The kitchen is well equipped and there was ice in the freezer! Highly recommend.

Reviewing on behalf of my son Will- they were delighted with Helen’s place. All as described, great inside, good location and on street parking- in Whitstable, a real bonus! Helen shared a lovely pub recommendation which they enjoyed, responded quickly and was very helpful with arranging check in as convenient. Helen also retrieved a very eagerly anticipated artisan brownie for them that had got left behind!😊

A lovely annex with bedroom/lounge and separate kitchen and shower room. Peaceful location but walking distance to the center.

Daniel and Erica's place is lovely, we stayed two nights with kids and it was a perfect base for exploring Whitstable, walking into town down the Crab and Winkle Way each day. They were super responsive, friendly and flexible, sending loads of great recommendations that were tailored to us (we came on the train so they gave great walking / cycling tips!). The flat is spacious, calm, comfortable, clean and homely - a welcome retreat from the busy centre of Whitstable. Highly recommended.

Found Helen to be a lovely sociable host , directions were great , communications and information on places to eat and other stuff we asked for was very very helpful. We paid a bit more than normal for the room as it was May Day Bank Holiday Weekend and also there was a Peter Cushing Convention on in town , but we were happy to pay this price not a problem at all as we knew from the start how much it was , and please remember anybody who reads this ok they may charge higher this time of year but please remember the times when they may struggle in bad months winter etc , bad weather etc etc - so no complaints about the charge at all. The place was spotless , clean , relaxing , appliances in kitchen , tv and dvd (never really got time to use them as out all the time - but for anyone else this would be ideal , also board games etc. Bathroom was the highlight - massive with a free standing bath and a massive shower ie you are not struggling to move - fantastic. Beds where very comfy.

The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was very well situated and well suited for our weekend needs. Good links for everywhere we wanted to go. The local chippy and the pub were very conveniently situated. We would certainly rebook next time we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

I ended up cancelling, however, the host was most accommodating, responded to my messages within minutes and will be booking to stay at a future date.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

We had a lovely stay, the place was very clean and the kitchen was super well equipped, which is something we always look for. Easy walk into the center of Canterbury, but was nice to have a place not right in the busy streets.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. We wrapped up an incredible three-week road trip through the UK with a two-night stay at Tom’s charming coach house flat—and it was the perfect finale. This beautifully appointed second-floor, two-bedroom retreat was ideally situated, just a short and scenic walk (less than 0.8 miles) from the heart of the Old City and the Canterbury Cathedral. With restaurants and groceries conveniently located within three blocks, and every imaginable amenity thoughtfully provided within the flat—including on-property parking and breakfast essentials awaiting us—it exceeded all expectations. The comfort, location, and attention to detail made for an unforgettable stay in Canterbury. Now I truly understand why this Airbnb is so “highly rated”! Tom’s hospitality was exceptional—helpful, informative, and always clear in his communication. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.

Great space for larger families with adult kids especially with one bedroom on lower floor and also having three separate bathrooms. View amazing. Relaxing airy feel. Big bedrooms. Will be back again.

Heather, Terry & Helen went above and beyond to help and make sure our booking was a success Piglet’s Penthouse is beautiful, with lovely little touches and attention to detail. The location is perfect and access to the harbour really easy. It was the perfect short break and we would absolutely come back if we can!
