Our Grade II listed duplex apartment is a one-of-kind chapel conversion renovated in 2023, located within stunning grounds, a slice of the Wizarding World! The mainline train station is a 5 min. walk with direct access to London Euston. You will find a smart TV, X-Box, fast broadband, work desk, board games, books, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, free parking and much more! Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.
