the apartment clearly matched the listing and the little touches given by Audrey was adorable. we recommend this choice. despite the very thin walls between the apartments which did not stop us from having a great stay in this fairly bright and very pleasant apartment

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The place was very clean and Dge was extremely responsive. If you are doing a lot of day trips that require the train it is a great location.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of as well, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today Amazing views of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It's very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Very nice place, good location. You can everywhere be everywhere on foot and by train. Guillaume and Magali are very welcoming. For children there are books ready at the bookstore below.

Spacious and light apartment Everything we needed was available. The apartment is just in the right location - close to the airport and with just 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Yet peaceful and quiet. A nice view to the beach and sea - from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals frequently. For us it was a perfect apartment for a 2 week holiday - where our daughter came to visit us for a long weekend.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

We are delighted with our stay at Stéphane's! The ultra-secure, quiet and clean residence matched our expectations. The neighborhood is welcoming, shops nearby, easy to access. Stéphane is a charming, available and considerate host. We will be happy to come back, we highly recommend it.

The area is nice,lidl in front,tram stop under the house,parking lots and restaurants nearby! The only downside we didn't realize that the 1.5 bathrooms were actually just a toilet and in six people it's a flaw! Otherwise queentin is the top! Super terrace!
