the apartment clearly matched the listing and the little touches given by Audrey was adorable. we recommend this choice. despite the very thin walls between the apartments which did not stop us from having a great stay in this fairly bright and very pleasant apartment

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The place was very clean and Dge was extremely responsive. If you are doing a lot of day trips that require the train it is a great location.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of as well, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today Amazing views of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The villa was exactly what is shown on the ad and would highly recommend booking the villa if you have a large group! We went for a hen party and the villa was perfect for the occasion! Severine who was our host was soo lovely and accommodating to our needs. She was easily contactable and super flexible. The location of the villa was great and provided breathtaking views although a little tricky for Ubers to locate so need to amend the pin to the exact location as the villa is located up a sharp turn where drivers can’t easily locate. The villa is extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our long weekend. The host supplied also kindly supplied a welcome bottle of Bellini and crisps / dips which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend and would come back again!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

the stay at stephane's place was really pleasant , comfortable house equipped with everything you need convenient to supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

The area is nice,lidl in front,tram stop under the house,parking lots and restaurants nearby! The only downside we didn't realize that the 1.5 bathrooms were actually just a toilet and in six people it's a flaw! Otherwise queentin is the top! Super terrace!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.
