Nice flat very close to the center

The place is beautiful and tranquil, it feels like being at someone’s grandmother’s house in the country. You get amazing views from the house and the sound of the river will have you sleeping like a baby. The host is lovely and very generous. Pigna is gorgeous little town and it is definitely worth the visit.

Exceptional hospitality and responsiveness from our host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, with breathtaking views of the sea that invites you to relax. Every detail has been thought out to provide optimal comfort. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet weekend, this is the place!

Greg’s apartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay and appreciated how close it was to the tram, making it easy to get anywhere and proximity to the beach was a plus. We loved that this place was on the less busy part of the boardwalk, so when we came back at the end of the day it was very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a wonderful time in Nina's apartment in Lucinasco. The accommodation was super cool and beautifully decorated - we enjoyed it very much. Nina is a really lovely hostess. Everything was as described and we would be happy to come back. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

We were delighted with the generosity and amenities of the apartment. Everything was there, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was easy thanks to Camilla's directions. The area is perfect for hiking and (e-)cycling. All in all, a wonderful week in Costa Rica!

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not optimal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more sockets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cords with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh wind blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (no pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

Valerie is a very welcoming host, very available and very responsive. His many tips helped us have a great stay. Accommodation, true to photos and description, completely refurbished as well as the double glazing of the room. Very comfortable bedding. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with an east facing balcony that allows us to have all meals outdoors overlooking the sea. And finally, a secure parking lot at the much appreciated residence. We recommend it unreservedly.

We had a great stay at Guy's, who is a very friendly person, attentive and available. The apartment is very well laid out and tasteful. The comfortable bedding and the large storage cupboard in each room are appreciated. Very well-equipped kitchen with quality equipment. Beautiful bathroom. On arrival you have the impression of being a little out of the way but in the end you are very quickly in the centre. To be recommended and perhaps to be repeated.

We had some great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Pleasant residence and well-kept apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is an excellent starting point for discovering the Ligurian coast from Ventimiglia to Noli. The relationship with the host and his family was very caring. This gave us an excellent week's vacation. I would highly recommend this stay.
