A slice of Swedish forest paradise. Such a lovely space with beautiful and thoughtful touches, an extremely helpful guide to the area and even tips for lighting a fire! The sauna is amazing too. You won’t regret a stay here! Five stars is not enough.

Great place, just like the photos and description. We had a wonderful and relaxing time while there, and got very lucky to get some sun during most of or days there.

Lovely house, really good host, lovely nature and easy to e.g. Borås or Gothenburg. We lacked nothing and felt at home instantly. We had almost summer weather for a whole week of April, so the large enclosed terrace was super delicious, with the most beautiful view of the lake and forest. You have to accept the sound from the nearby highway when the wind is not in the south. Available for a nice and new jetty with nice deep water and good staircase at the end. We'll get back : )

Super nice stay at John's place. The space was perfect for my family, two adults, little baby, and dog. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet surroundings in the middle of the forest and close to the lake. Service was good, John responded quickly and the place looked really nice and had everything we needed. Recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb flat in Länghem and it exceeded all my expectations! I can't recommend this place enough! It really felt like you were a guest at the home of someone you knew, it was so homey. Just about every amenity you could imagine was there, and the level of service was beyond all our expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

This was well worth the price to stay here. It's located at the top of a hill, overlooking a bay with beautiful cliffs and wetlands. You can have your dinner watching the sunset or breakfast watching the sunrise, and it's just as easy to view from inside the living room as in the backyard, or even the master bedroom. Every convenience is available, including laundry, dishwasher, cooking and dining acoutrements. The beds are comfortable, and it even has a sauna, though I didn't use it. For me, the location was beyond perfection. Total peace and quiet, without being too far from civilization. Having a car will make life easiest here, but it's actually not so far from a bus stop that goes to the wonderful island Marstrand, or in to Ytterby & Kungälv where you can get anything you need. Nearby are lots of great nature watching sites, and trails. Plus the ocean is a 5 minute walk down the hill. I love this place!
