Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, padel courts, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.
