The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. You will stay on the first floor in a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. In the immediate vicinity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two wine taverns are open. A bakery with cafe can be found about 250 meters away on the main road. Oh, and there is also a discount store with a bakery in the village as well as a gas station. Check-in/out by arrangement.
