Solid 1.5-storey residential house of 140 m2, situated on high ground with a pleasant garden, pond and wood-fired spa. Ground floor: Staircase. Hall Entrance with underfloor heating. Kitchenette/Laundry room. Bedroom/Office. Kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel dryer. Living room and dining room in a row with oak parquet. Upper floor: Three spacious bedrooms plus a toilet and sink. Wood-fired hot tub/sauna close to nature as an option.

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Close to Skäralid nature reserve. 5 minutes to the store, café to drive. We also have two bikes you can borrow. Skånesdjurpark 33 minutes. Elk safari on the ridge. You are welcome to play in the garden. Wood-fired hot tub (you pay SEK 250 extra for firewood)

1 Room and kitchen in a guest house in the countryside

Our cozy guesthouse is located on our farm in Kvidinge. Kvidinge is located between Klippan and Åstorp in Skåne, about 30 km north of Helsingborg. There are trains between Helsingborg and Kvidinge. 7-minute walk to the train station from the guest house. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower and two beds with sheets and towels. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store and a restaurant. A bit further away, there is art, culture, shopping and nature experiences. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

This charming cottage is strategically located close to several hiking areas with trails up to Söderåsen. In Bonnarp, there is a lovely swimming lake and the possibility to rent mountain bikes. The village is located right in the middle of Söderåsen National Park Skäralid and Klöva Hallar. The house has five comfortable beds. Tea, spices and cooking oil are available. Bed linens and towels are included. Our house is next to a small road. However, there is not much traffic at all and no vehicles in the evenings/nights.

Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.
