The apartment was added to the inventory about 12 years ago as a construction. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (approx. 10 sqm with car Markiese) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with Mediterranean flair at the edge of downtown. To the center only about 12-15min walk. Possibility to park on the street, right in front of the entrance gate. This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The apartment consists of a cozy first floor room and a bedroom with bathroom in the bright basement, which also contains a large window. Both rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

The light, cosy appartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from Bad Godesberg centre with good transport links to Bonn, Cologne and the airport, but also close to long walks in the outdoors or cycling routes on the Rhine.
