A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

At one of the most beautiful intersections of Bonn's Südstadt is our newly renovated apartment, with views of the magnificent Wilhelminian-style houses to the front, as well as into the garden to the rear, it is very quietly located. 5 minutes away is Poppeldorf Palace with its botanical garden. Bus and tram are within 2-5 minutes walking distance and Bonn main station is a wonderful 15-minute walk. All shops serving everyday needs are also close by.

My quiet apartment is located in the Rheinparkresidenz, a green park without traffic in Bonn-Bad Godesberg, near the UN, DAAD, Telekom and Rheinaue. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. In 2 minutes you can be at the Rhine promenade for jogging and cycling. The price of the accommodation includes 6% accommodation tax of the city of Bonn. I will pass these on to the tax exemption.
