Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful, modern home in Naples. The house was absolutely spotless and everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with brand-new pans and all the essentials for cooking at home. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by trees. Katie was an amazing host, responsive and welcoming. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommend!

The apartment is new, very clean, spacious and exactly as described. We loved our stay and used the pool area and other amenities provided by the complex. It is surrounded by multiple new restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

We loved staying and Bianca’s place! It was well stocked with beach and pool supplies as well as kitchen supplies. The soaking tub was such a nice addition, and the location was safe and perfect.

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. I am extremely organized and felt like I was right at home. lol. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Naples!

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and made communication so easy from start to finish. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. it was stylishly decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. There was also plenty of storage space, which made unpacking and settling in a breeze. The resort grounds were exceptionally maintained, making the whole experience feel relaxing and upscale. Highly recommend booking this place, you won’t be disappointed! We hope to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was sunny & bright. We enjoyed the pool , very nice neighborhood. Perfect for our winter get away. Everything was very neat & clean . Close to stores and restaurants.

What really made the difference was the host's treatment: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the first moment. Yoel's place is a great choice for families. It comfortably housed our group of six, and the cleanliness and spaciousness added to our experience. The beautiful pool and backyard were perfect for a day of fun in the sun, equipped with all the amenities you need. Whenever I had questions, Yoel responded in minutes, showcasing his excellent hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cape Coral.

I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!

Not only is the house amazing the surroundings are so peaceful. It’s everything pictured plus more. Gretel herself was a very responsive host was flexible with early check-in and then unfortunately our flight out was delayed and she accommodated that as well. She is one of the best host I’ve had the pleasures of dealing with thus far on our journeys.! The master bedroom door is a sliding pocket door and it was off the hinge. I emailed her immediately and she responded with. She can get somebody out that day to fix it. We did not need it fixed, but that’s how quickly she would have acted upon that service if we needed it it was just the two of us in this gorgeous amazing house so it was nothing that needed to be fixed immediately! We will be back!
